Using Giflume

You must be 13 or older and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for the prompts and images you submit.

Your content

You keep your rights to images you upload and, subject to these terms and our AI provider’s policies, to the GIFs you generate. Paid plans include commercial use. Only upload images you own or have permission to use.

Not allowed

• Sexual content, content involving minors, or non-consensual imagery of real people.
• Hateful, harassing, violent or illegal content.
• Infringing trademarks or copyrights, or impersonating others.

We use automated safety filters and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Monthly GIF allowances reset each billing period and don’t roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
